Where are my moms of teenagers?! Or really, moms of any kids with stinky feet. You know, the frito smell you just CAN’T quite get rid of? Well, I have a legit way to help tame that funk! Check out the blend details below!
Ingredients you’ll need:
- Spray bottle
- ½ cup rubbing alcohol
- 20 drops dōTERRA Tea Tree
- 20 drops dōTERRA Cypress
- 20 drops dōTERRA Lemon oil
Instructions:
1. Add rubbing alcohol and essential oils to a spray bottle
2. Close the bottle and shake to combine. Spray desired target.
3. If applying to shoes, remove soles and spray. Let dry before replacing soles.
Even easier hack: Drop a few drops of Purify on a cotton ball and throw into shoes in need of a scent pick me up. Let sit a few hours or overnight.
This has hands down been a game-changer for me with two teens (and yes girls feet stink too!). If you find any other options that work, drop those in the comments!
